No experience and no license needed to apply. We walk you through the whole thing — the course, the exam, the state application, and getting contracted with the carriers.
Course and exam
We get you enrolled in your state’s pre-licensing course and keep you on track. Most people study, sit the exam and pass inside the first week.
License issued
You submit your state license application — plus fingerprints and a background check where your state asks for them — and the license comes through.
Contracted and onboarded
We get you contracted with the carriers, set up on the Kairos platform and trained on the phones. Then the inbound calls start.
About three weeks from starting the course to taking your first call. Some people move quicker — state processing times are the main thing outside anyone’s control.
